The Weston Beach Race; the maddest, baddest and biggest event on the off-road calendar for the past 26 years got even bigger in 2008, with over 2000 competitors doing battle not just with each other, but also with the infamous dunes course.
While ten-times world champion, Stefan Everts, used this year's race to put on a virtuoso performance as he stormed to his second race win in front of more than 65,000 spectators, for the vast majority of riders competing just reaching the finish line was victory enough.
The 2008 Weston Beach Race highlights DVD captures all the thrills, spills, elation and heartache of a full two days of off-road racing, held in perfect weather conditions in front of a record crowd.
